Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (IOCL) required the visual identity of Servo’s range of lubricants to be redesigned for Indian as well as global markets. The objective was to communicate the brand’s promise of ‘100 % performance every time.’ as well as to ensure a certain visual unity across all packs.
Keeping the brands attributes in mind, we developed the pack graphics that used rays as the key motif that depicts the high energy and reliable nature of Servo brand. This increased the visual appeal and shelf visibility substantially. The packaging design was designed to be ergonomically superior and had a futuristic design to connote power and speed.
Moreover the packaging design also ensured stability during transportation and reduction of weight, thereby saving substantial amount of material without compromising on the product sturdiness or consumer experience.
