Before developing a concept, we validate the design in order to understand the consumer preferences. With strong capabilities in CAE, our team of designers use powerful design tools which enables us to speed up the design-analysis process and develop final designs to the conditions that they’ll experience in the real world. By integrating structural design validation into the designers’ process, we help clients get earlier feedback on designs and free up expert analysts’ time to work on more complex challenges.

GlaxoSmithKline wanted to launch a new variant of Health drink for women – Women’s Horlicks for the Indian market; we did concept validation studies for the packaging design. Our research team was actively involved in finding out the consumer’s latent needs, expectations with the packaging, what new features could be introduced as well as tried to understand the various scenarios regarding health drinks. Based on the analysis, a design was finalized and taken ahead for further refinement.
For a leading Japanese automotive client we conducted design validation studies to evaluate and understand the multiple design options for the C segment car. Ethnographic studies were conducted, based on which the concepts were generated. The designs were also validated with consumers for further refinement which lead to the development of the final design.
