ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Developing Go To Market (GTM) initiatives for Rail/Off-highway industry accounts including undertaking research to understand the account in detail, assessing potential for pitching engineering / digital solutions, creating compelling value proposition
• Supporting sales organization for pre-sales support and expected to independently present to customer when required
• Developing a very deep understanding of the Rail/Off-highway industry from a perspective of technology trends, business opportunities, competition news, understanding market potential for design and engineering services including digital technologies enabled solutions
• Working with marketing in planning for marketing and demand generation activities for events, webinars etc.
• Responsible for the content of marketing collaterals and continuous updates to the same
• Responsible for identification of partners to amplify growth potential in Rail/Off-highway verticals

JOB REQUIREMENTS: 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics or related field with MBA from premier institute is must. 
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant Automotive or RAIL or Energy business domain Pre-Sales experience is must (others please excuse). 

Must have skills:

• Very good understanding of engineering services industry
• Experience of working in a marketing or pre-sales/sales role or strategy
• Excellent Presentation preparation skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Good understanding in at least one of following industry verticals – Rail, Automotive, Off-Highway 
• Proven expertise in negotiation & convincing capabilities with potential customers

Desirable skills

• Experience in engineering services industry in Rail or Off-Highway 
• Good understanding of new digital technologies – IoT/Cloud/AI/ML
• Experience in a customer facing role
