We are looking for a bright and experienced Backup Expert who has

Experience in working in IT industry monitoring and managing IT infrastructure components
Knowledge of ITIL processes
Candidate should have worked on NetBackup, Avamar, DD, and Cohesity backup and recovery solutions, including incident management, problem resolution, and root cause analysis, DPA upgrades in a production environment
In-Depth Knowledge of Data Domain, DPA, VM backups, and Tape Libraries. Solid knowledge of backup and restore skills
Backup and Recovery with Symantec Backup Exec or similar Enterprise Software
Install, Configure, and Manager various software/ services on cloud infrastructure
Experience with any scripting languages such as Perl /Shell/Python/Java, R, etc
Client backup configuration requirements for backup agents
Good knowledge of administration and creating reports on the tool
Backup software integration with most used applications in the industry (e.g. Backing up MS Exchange, SQL, Oracle, Lotus Notes, VMWare, DB2)
Understanding of Backup and recovery Concepts and troubleshooting
Experience with virtualization technologies, VMware, and Cloud solutions like AWS and Azure
Strong in OS Fundamentals – Windows, Linux, VMware, and others
ITIL v3 Foundation preferred
Flexible to work in shifts 24x7
