Business Development Manager

Primary Skills:
- Develop strategies and action plan to maintain and scale quarterly and yearly revenue for the territory and product/solutions portfolio.
- Identifies, builds, and converts new business opportunity with new prospects in the media, broadcast, and communications industry in the APAC region.
- Should have sold to media, TELCO in India & Asian countries.
- Acts as an ADVISOR to the customer on Tata Elxsi, industry trends, best practices, and works on developing large business solutions (> 10+ M) that create long-term business value for customers.
- Actively engages senior executives at customer/prospect organizations to build strategic relationship to ensure long-term business opportunities for the company.
- Presents to large-sized groups of key decision-makers at the executive level; develops and communicates vision and purpose.
- Maintains high levels of customer loyalty and builds trust and integrity, as indicated in company-conducted surveys and reports.
- Influences decisions and engages at the executive level (relationship management).
