What does the Marketing Team do?

This is classic text book marketing adapted to the New Age World of Engineering Services. Adaptions that help to address the ‘Market of One’, typically seen in B2B marketing where conversations explore unstated needs that are very personal. So here is how we approach the market- Marketing Campaigns for:

  • New service launches (Market research, Content creation, Sales training, Customer education)
  • Branding (Executive connect, PR & Media, Social media, Analyst relations, Events and Conferences)

Account Based Marketing for high potential accounts

  • Mining (Service definitions, heat maps, cross-selling, webinars)
  • Creating a superior Customer experience (Business reviews, visit management, account portals, CSAT surveys & actions)

Field Marketing to prospects:

  • Lead generation (events & conferences, web & social promotion, RFx response, newsletters, outreach programs for demand generation)
  • Customer experience (demonstration centers, workshops, creation of language variants)
