We are seeking a skilled Practice Head to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing immersive technology solutions such as AR, VR, and MR. Join us to explore the endless possibilities of immersive technology.

Working with AR/VR solutions, of which

Technical project / program management or related role with team responsibility
Built / Handled / Led teams of few or all - Game Engine Developers, Unity/Unreal Programmers, Mobile Developers, Art Designers

Experience with Unity and/or Unreal and related technologies, Projection Systems, Mobile Development

Proficiency in OO Programming – C++, C#

Familiarity with AR/VR Hardware, software / SDKs, best practices.

Familiarity with industry standard 3D graphics tools such as Solid Works, Maya, etc.

Practice Head will be responsible for

Identifying long term trends, define roadmap & plan for the practice aligned with organizations plans / goals.
Ensure delivery assurance & delivery excellence – schedule, budget, quality.
Nurture key client & ecosystem relationships
Ability to prioritize tasks, self & team time management & organization.
Driving the design process, removing barriers to enable your team’s success, communicating progress to all stakeholders and ensuring the big picture stays in focus while delving into the details on specific technical issues.
