Testing Lead

We are looking for a Testing Lead to lead, guide, and monitor the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of testing tasks for a diversified industry, right from IT to industrial. The goal is to help learners acquire knowledge, skills, and competencies in an effective and appealing manner across multiple domains.

Required Skills:

• Certification in Software Testing
• Great knowledge of Selenium, Appium, Postman, JMeter, manual testing, test rails, Polarion, and HP ALM
• Knowledge of Dev Ops (Jenkins, JIRA integration, version control, build management, and release management) will be an advantage
• ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level or equivalent will be a great plus
• Must know how to plan and test XR applications, features, and tools, as well as how to find bottlenecks and make sure the quality of the finished product
• Individuals at this job are responsible for developing various test cases for the AR/VR solutions and are responsible for driving integration testing, performance testing, usability testing, immersive testing, and hardware testing
• They are also responsible for automating test plans, test strategies, and test cases
• Must have strong analytical thinking and teamwork skills to collaborate with stakeholders and team members for project success
• Responsible for working with third-party suppliers for defect management
• Monitor, measure, control, and report to management on test progress, product quality, test results, and test completion
• To provide leadership and guidance to the test team on best practises, mentorship, and supporting the development of team members with training and growth plans
• Manage resources effectively to ensure utilisation is maximised and aligned with plans, budgets, and timeframes
• To define, design, and deliver all testing work, including functional testing, system integration testing, regression testing, and supporting user acceptance testing (undertaken by subject matter experts situated within the business)
• Creation of both manual and automated test scripts
• Drive standards and best practises in QA and testing and champion the adoption of continuous quality improvement through automation
• Find opportunities for test automation, plan the work, choose the tools, and make sure the team is trained.
