• Education in EC / CS / IT
• Minimum 1-year career pause
• Prior professional experience of at least 2 years

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Golang 
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features 
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices 
• Optimize existing systems for performance and scalability 
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and share knowledge with the team 
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues 
• Work with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes 
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services 
• Contribute to the development of microservices architecture 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (B.Tech/MCA) 
• Project experience with Golang 
• Strong understanding of Golang and its ecosystem 
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, gRPC, and microservices architecture 
• Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB 
• Knowledge of version control systems like Git 
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
