We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect/Technical Architect with a strong background in .NET, C#, and SQL Server to lead and design complex software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and oversee major aspects of application architecture, including user interfaces, middleware, and infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.
• Lead and mentor the development team, conduct design and code reviews, and maintain architecture documentation.
• Investigate and integrate new technologies, manage technical debt, and uphold design standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align architecture with business requirements and oversee all product changes before launch.
• Support team training, improve software processes, and ensure adherence to security practices and industry standards.

Key Job Requirements:

• 10 years in software engineering with a degree 
• 12-15 years of experience in software engineering in lieu of a degree
• 3-5 years as a software application architect for enterprise-level web applications
• 7+ years in software application development
• 5+ years in C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core
• 5+ years as a SQL Server DBA/Data Engineer
• 4+ years in SSIS, SSAS, SSRS
• 2+ years in Power BI
• 3+ years in complex SQL queries and stored procedures.

Skills & Competencies:

• Expertise in large-scale software projects, microservices architecture, cybersecurity, and open-source technologies.
• Experience with web-based applications, RESTful APIs, database design, and data modeling.
• Proficiency in .NET/C#, SQL Server, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, REST APIs, and UI frameworks (Angular/React).
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies (Azure preferred), CI/CD tools, SOA, and Microservices.
• Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and SQL optimization for large datasets.
• Skills in Agile/Scrum, secure software design, automated testing, and internationalization/localization.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
