Tata Elxsi devised business strategies, and design recommendations for enhancing the end-to-end customer journey for a leading Automotive OEM. The study focussed on simplifying, and standardizing the customer joinery across the sales and service lifecycle of commercial vehicles. The study entailed ethnographic research, multiple site visits, and 200+ stakeholder and user interactions to uncover deep insights into the commercial vehicle ecosystem in India that was harnessed to devise consumer centric solutions.
