Tata Elxsi’s next-gen e-cockpit solution addresses this aspect of integration and is designed to suit the requirements of mid-segment vehicles. Based on the key philosophy ‘Hands on wheels and eyes on road’, the ecockpit solution was designed to give maximum information to the driver on the HUD based on the different driving scenarios. Tata Elxsi partnered with Disti to bring an integrated HMI solution for the New generation of Automobiles. This innovative solution uses a unified scalable Architecture through which multiple displays and information can be displayed to the user by a single processor.
The working prototype of the ecockpit HMI solution was showcased at the CES 2017 in Las Vegas and has received fabulous feedback from automotive OEMs across segments.
